24 & More minor details.

Chapter 24 is out, and more minor tweaks are being made in each and every chapter. So, let me also say this: This is about the halfway point in the novel. With that, the next chapters will take lots more time than usual to come out. Also, a very, VERY belated birthday to Charlie. His birthday was back on September 7. Yeesh.
